Counselling and Psychotherapy in Hastings

Are you experiencing emotional suffering, trauma, or loss? Difficult life events can strain relationships and leave you feeling isolated. Insightful and confidential support through therapy can help you process your emotions, cope with challenges, and navigate life transitions. This safe space allows you to explore your feelings, build resilience, and work towards personal growth and improved well-being.

Research shows that having appropriate support can significantly impact how individuals manage major difficulties. Therapy provides an opportunity to step back from life’s demands, reflect on your experiences, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. Whether you’re dealing with personal issues, relationships, family dynamics, or seeking to boost your confidence, therapeutic support can be a valuable resource in your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

I am an experienced Counsellor and I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Hastings. My background includes working in the charity sector, where I provided support for individuals dealing with homelessness and substance abuse issues, counselling at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and providing emotional support for frontline NHS workers during the COVID pandemic.

I see people from all walks of life, including adults and young people over the age of 18. I have specific experience working with the LGBTQI+ community. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to individuals at different stages in their lives, regardless of their background or identity.
