I work with people who feel that their adult life hasn’t matched the promise of their earlier years, whether that promise came from exceptional achievement, early recognition, or simply a strong sense of who they were going to become. That gap can show up in different ways: in relationships that keep repeating, in anxiety or self-criticism that won’t let up, in patterns you find yourself circling at 3am, or in a sex life that has become complicated through shame, fear, pain, or disconnection. The work is about finding what’s genuinely available to you now, not about recovering what’s lost.
We work carefully, at a pace that feels safe, towards more freedom and choice.
I’m a UKCP-registered and BACP-accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor offering individual therapy and psychosexual therapy in Hastings and online.
My background includes work in the charity sector supporting people affected by homelessness and substance use, counselling at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and providing support for frontline NHS staff during the COVID pandemic.
I work with adults (18+) and my practice is LGBTQI+ affirming, kink-aware, and consensual non-monogamy (CNM) aware.
