If you’re stuck in repeating patterns—at 3am, in relationships, or inside your own self-criticism—therapy can be a place to slow things down and make sense of what’s happening. We work carefully, at a pace that feels safe, towards more freedom and choice.

I’m a UKCP– and BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor offering individual therapy and psychosexual therapy in Hastings and online. People often come to me when anxiety or self-criticism won’t let up, when relationships keep repeating, or when sex and intimacy have become complicated—through shame, fear, pain, or disconnection.
My background includes work in the charity sector supporting people affected by homelessness and substance use, counselling at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and providing support for frontline NHS staff during the COVID pandemic.
I work with adults (18+) and my practice is LGBTQI+ affirming, kink-aware, and consensual non-monogamy (CNM) aware.
