Free initial meeting (online)
I offer a free initial online meeting (up to 20 minutes). It’s a chance to briefly outline what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Fees
Individual sessions are £70. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for students and people on a low income—please get in touch to discuss.
Sessions are 50 minutes and usually weekly. Payment is by bank transfer. I ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Please note: I’m not a crisis service—if you need urgent help in the UK, contact NHS 111, your GP, or 999 in an emergency.
